THE CONCEPT

The year is 1993 and the American Congress has just made a grave error.

Under pressure to "downsize" by embarrassing 'Fleecing of America' reports following the first Gulf War, Congress orders various military storage facilities shut down and useless surplus supplies from wars long over to be disposed of. In the following months, it was discovered that scores of various lethal malfunctioning military weapon prototypes had been accidentally sold to retailers or disposed of along with harmless surplus goods.

Most were quickly and quietly recovered. But many were not.

Now years later, Eddie Vierra, a newly reformed New York City gang-banger, is released from prison. His desires to live a normal life are turned upside down after he accidentally stumbles upon a missing malfunctioning parasitic military weapon created for the foot soldier.

Undercover military agents charged with retrieving the various missing weapons hunt Eddie while trying to keep the explosive situation out of the media spotlight. Unbeknownst to the agents, the weapon is using Eddie to complete its long awaited assassination mission, programmed during the first gulf war.

Eddie's fight for self-control from the dominant machine climaxes just as he reaches Washington where he discovers the focus of his assassination mission, the origins of the flawed weapons and the conspiracy behind a gulf war situation cover up.
